Democrat Gov. Andy Beshear followed suit and also issued strict Coronavirus restrictions in his state. In Kentucky, social gatherings of more than eight from two households are prohibited. Indoor dining is banned and public and private K-12 schools will end in-person learning on Nov. 23. Gov. Beshear also restricted gyms and indoor recreation facilities to a 33% limit.
