The Electoral College has officially declared Joe Biden the winner of the November presidential election. Despite the fact President Trump has yet to concede the election to Biden other Republican lawmakers are recognizing defeat. While some Republicans have openly congratulated Biden and Harris on the victory others have recognized the change in leadership begrudgingly.
