John Cornyn recognized Joe Biden as the winner of the November election while still adding that Trump has the right to exhaust all legal options. “That’s sort of the nature of these elections. You got to have a winner. You got to have a loser. Joe Biden’s on a path to be president of the United States,” said the Texas Republican.
