Avril Hanes- Director of National Intelligence
Avril Hanes will be responsible for the intelligence community, directing the National Intelligence Program, and advising the president on intelligence matters. Her most noteworthy “accomplishments” include overruling the CIA Inspector General by choosing not to discipline CIA personnel responsible for hacking the computers of Senate staffers working on the Senate Intelligence Committee report on CIA torture. She also worked with John Brennan on extra-judicial drone strikes, necessary for making the legal and policy framework for drone strikes resulting in the death of civilians.
