According to Benny Johnson, who currently serves as the chief creative officer at Turning Point USA, it has been reported that former President Donald Trump is expected to make a comeback on Twitter. The contract between Trump and Truth Social, his own social media platform, is reported to expire on June 1st, 2023, at 12:00 A.M. While Trump has not explicitly confirmed his return, it is highly likely considering his massive following of 86.9 million users eagerly awaiting his comeback. Rejoining Twitter would allow Trump to directly communicate with President Joe Biden and other Republican candidates like Ron DeSantis through tweets.

Currently, reports indicate that the contract obligates him to post on Truth Social for six hours before sharing on other platforms, but Trump does not plan to renew it. Twitter had permanently suspended Trump in January 2021, however, Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter and a majority vote in favor of reinstating Trump’s account led to the ban being overturned in late-2022.

The recent reappearance of Trump’s “blue check” verification badge on Twitter, which had been absent under Musk’s management of verified accounts, provides additional evidence of his potential return to the platform.

Following Ron DeSantis’ presidential announcement on Twitter Space, Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, has offered an open invitation to former President Donald Trump. Musk has granted Trump the same opportunity as DeSantis to participate in a Twitter Space conversation. However, there are concerns about whether Twitter Spaces can handle the expected high demand for such a conversation between Musk and Trump, considering the potential for significant attention it may generate.

Wall Street Silver expressed their desire for Musk to organize a Twitter Space involving both Donald Trump and Elon himself, suggesting that such an event would have a tremendous impact on the internet, saying:

Donald Trump should do a Twitter Spaces with Elon also. It would probably break the internet.

RFK Jr @RobertKennedyJr should do it also.

Elon, are you offering to host a Twitter Spaces with each of them? Also Biden? @elonmusk

In response, Musk simply replied:

“Ok”

Furthermore, Musk took to Twitter to state:

“All Presidential candidates are most welcome on this platform”
