11 days ago, Verizon released a statement saying they will ‘suspend donations by its PAC to lawmakers who did NOT back the certification of President Joe Biden. AT&T released a similar move as well. According to OpenSecrets.org, a donation tracking website, Verizon donated:
-$690,224 to Joe Biden’s campaign
-$213,147 to DNC Services Corp.
-$206,088 to Planned Parenthood Votes
The writing is on the wall with where Verizon stands.
