Democrat House impeachment managers fired back at the Trump team’s pre-trial brief with their own 5-page answer. The coalition lead by Jamie Raskin primarily focused on attacking the arguments that Trump is protected by the First Amendment and that the Senate can’t constitutionally impeach someone no longer in office.
