Not condemning the Uyghur genocide

The Trump administration declared the Chinese were committing acts of genocide against the Muslim Uyghur population in his final weeks in the White House. However, Biden has been careful not to hardly condemn the horrific acts and has instead tried to chalk up the atrocities being committed as a difference between cultures.
