Vermont’s high taxes have caused Americans to flee for states where they can get more bang for their buck. According to the Fraser Institutes data, Vermont has been bleeding citizens since 2018. Despite its small size and population, Vermont was ranked among the least free states in the country coming in at 46 out of 50.
