A coalition of 21 states is suing President Biden over his executive order which ended the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline. The pipeline which employed thousands of Americans was canceled with the stroke of a pen as one of Biden’s first actions as president. The pipeline was responsible for transporting barrels of oil from Canada and Montana to refineries in Texas.
