The Freshman Iowa representative is working to make Trump’s Executive Order 13777- Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda. The order requires agencies to establish an official as its Regulatory Reform Officer to manage the implementation of regulatory reform and assess existing regulations for job creation, effectiveness, and cost/benefit analyses.
