President Biden revoked Executive Order 13892 on his first day in the White House. Since executive orders and actions aren’t laws they’re easier for presidents to quickly revoked. Executive Order 13892 also known as Promoting the Rule of Law Through Transparency and Fairness in Civil Administrative Enforcement and Adjudication required agencies to be clear and provide public and fair notice of any regulation the agency would be applying and enforcing.
