Americans for Public Trust (APT) is a government accountability group launching a $1 million ad campaign against President Biden and the Centers for Disease Control for allegedly colluding with a powerful teachers union to keep kids out of school. Reports recently surfaced that the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) lobbied the CDC regarding school reopenings and the organization even adopted AFT’s language regarding newly issued school guidances.

The new ad accuses President Biden of colluding with the CDC and AFT to keep kids out of school as a way to pay back dark money groups which donated considerable amounts of money to his presidential campaign.

Fox News reports:

“With Biden – it’s always about dark money,” the ad concludes, pointing viewers to DarkMoneyRewarded.com.

The website in the ad torches the president for “immediately” rewarding groups that “spent a record amount of dark money” to elect Biden.

“Top operatives who ran dark money groups are now working in the White House, and the extremist groups that got him elected are already seeing their policy wish list take effect,” the website says. “It’s only the beginning of dark money running the Biden administration.”

“Joe Biden has become the dark money president to the great detriment of students, parents and teachers alike,” APT outside counsel and former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt told Fox News.

Since July 2020, the CDC has reported that children are safe to return to schools but many teachers have refused to return over the uncertainty of vaccinations.
