The Supreme Court is also set to rule on a religious rights case. The case stems from Philadelphia’s refusal to allow a Catholic-church affiliated group to participate in the city’s foster care system because it refused to accept same-sex couples as possible foster parents. The Catholic group claims its First Amendment rights were violated by Philadelphia’s decision.
