National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan
It seems working for the government is a family affair in Jake Sullivan’s case. Sullivan, who serves as the national security adviser to Biden has his wife, younger brother, and sister-in-law all working for the Biden administration.
His younger brother Tom Sullivan is deputy chief of staff for policy at the State Department and held the same position within the Obama administration.
Tom’s wife, Rose Baumann Sullivan, made the switch from lobbying on behalf of corporations like Verizon, CVS Health, and Google parent company Alphabet to become acting assistant secretary for legislation at the Department of Health and Human Services.
