Ahead of President Biden’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin the Republican Study Committee (RSC) put out a memo laying out exactly what Republicans hope Biden would be able to accomplish. The agenda highlights multiple measures that Biden could enact to show strength after Russia-originated ransomware attacks. Republicans have noted that while Biden has tried to talk tough heading into the meeting it will take more than words to make an impression on Russia’s dictator.
