Strengthen Sanctions on Russia
“Sanctions on Russia have still not been utilized to their fullest extent,” the RSC memo states. Republicans say Biden should display America’s strength and impose even more sanctions on Russia. The memo noted that Biden could choose to expel Russian banks from the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT) international financial network.
