Designate Russia as a State Sponsor of Terrorism

The Republican Study Committee recommended that Biden designate Russa as a state sponsor of terror. The RSC memo states that Russia meets this standard from its “support of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, the Taliban, the Russian Imperial Movement, and its direct cooperation with Hezbollah in Syria.”
