Former White House doctor for Barack Obama and Donald Trump-turned Texas Representative is leading the effort to have President Biden subjected to the cognitive exam. The letter signed by House Republicans says that Biden should have no problem being administered the test so that the American People “can have absolute confidence in their President.”
