If it doesn’t fit the liberal narrative you can’t expect leftist news networks to reports on it. The latest narrative networks like CNN want to ignore is the recent spikes in violent crime in American cities. Recently, former California Senator Barbara Boxer was attacked and robbed in her home state yet the news was completely ignored by CNN and MSNBC.
Earlier today former Senator Barbara Boxer was assaulted in the Jack London Square neighborhood of Oakland. The assailant pushed her in the back, stole her cell phone and jumped in a waiting car. She is thankful that she was not seriously injured."

Tucker Carlson Tonight,” “Hannity” and “The Ingraham Angle” all mentioned the breaking news that was ignored by CNN and MSNBC.
“Anderson Cooper 360,” “Cuomo Prime Time,” “Don Lemon Tonight,” “All In with Chris Hayes,” “The Rachel Maddow Show,” “Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell” and “The 11th Hour with Brian Williams” all kept the breaking news from their viewers.
“The lack of national corporate media coverage of the spike in violent crimes does a disservice to people in cities who are the victims, and contributes to the downward spiral,” Cornell Law School professor and media critic William A. Jacobson recently told Fox News. “That these cities almost entirely have progressive mayors suggests some of the lack of coverage is politically motivated.”
“The news media are so leftist that they refuse to call out the liberal mayors of cities for spikes in violent crime,” Media Research Center vice president Dan Gainor told Fox News.
Liberal media has become synonymous with ignoring news that doesn’t pander to the liberal narrative. The most egregious was was during the 2020 election when major news networks refused to cover The New York Post’s reporting on Hunter Biden’s laptop.
Trump even released a statement on the recent attack, pointing to recent calls to defund the police as a major factor driving recent spikes in crime.
“Former California Senator Barbara Boxer was savagely assaulted and robbed yesterday in Oakland, where they defunded the police. Our once great cities, like New York, Detroit, San Francisco, and so many others, have become a paradise for criminals because of Democrats, ” Trump said through his Save America PAC. “We must give power back to police or America will never be safe. We cannot let Communist Democrats destroy our great cities. If we don’t stop them, our communities and our Country will be lost forever.”
In a separate statement by Trump, he slammed media networks for deliberately ignoring the crime spikes.
Trump said, “The fraudulent nightly network newscasts have devoted ZERO minutes to crime recently, even though crime is eating away at our cities and our Country. They don’t want to talk about it because it will hurt the political narrative of the Communist Democrats.”
