WalletHub’s study into which American cities had experienced the slowest return to pre-pandemic employment levels included multiple California cities. The deep blue state is experiencing a homeless crisis with reports speculating more than half of the entire country’s homeless population is residing in the Golden States because of its relaxed policies. Last month Glendale reported a 10.70% unemployment rate and a 133.97% change in unemployment from January 2020 to June 2021.
