On Tuesday, the Senate voted to advance the roughly $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure deal. Ultimately, Democrats and President Biden walked away with a major win when more than the 10 needed Republicans senators voted in favor of the bill. The final vote included 19 Republicans joining the unanimous Democrats to send the bill to the House of Representatives where it faces an uncertain future.
