President Biden had the audacity to say that his administration had planned for every possible contingency ahead of the withdrawal. 

This will likely go down as one of the most ridiculous claims made by a US president in modern history. This claim is either a complete lie, or the administration’s definition of planning for “every contingency” is wildly different from the rest of the countries.
