Armed Citizen Stops Mass Shooter 

A would-be mass shooter was thwarted in Fort Smith, Arkansas after an armed citizen drew his rifle and took him out. 

A 26-year-old came to an apartment complex in Fort Smith, Arkansas and demanded that everyone leave, when people began to leave he opened fire. The shooter killed an innocent woman who had left her apartment, another woman who opened her door was able to get back inside quick enough to escape. 

Another man in the apartment complex heard the gunfire and stepped outside with a rifle of his own. This man shot and killed the shooter immediately after seeing that he had already killed one person and was trying to get into other apartments.
