Texas Ban on Covid-19 Restrictions 

Texas Proposition 3 is up for vote in this cycle. Proposition 3 will bar local officials from limiting religious services and organizations. The Democrats are railing against this proposition with claims that this will continue the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Texas Proposition 6 is also up for vote in this cycle. Proposition 6 would allow those in assisted living facilities to designate an outside caregiver that could not be barred from in-person visitation.
