New York Election Reform 

Election reform is going to be up for vote in this cycle as proposition 1 in New York. Democrats will be able to cement their power over the redistricting process if this occurs, proposition 1 would give the majority party more control over the map making process. 9 Democrats joined in with Republicans voting against this measure which has been described as a blatant power grab. Voters will have the final say on this measure come election day.
