Where is This Money Going 

A lot of these companies that are coming back to support Republican causes are donating to House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s campaign and to his groups campaign. McCarthy is eyeing the role of Speaker of the House and would be one of the most powerful individuals in Washington if Republicans can take enough seats in the midterms. 

As House Minority Leader, Kevin McCarthy is able to help fundraise for other candidates in Congress who do not have the resources or connections required to build up a proper war chest.
