Bow Down to Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party
Big Tech has a nasty habit of bowing before the Chinese government whenever possible despite never really standing a chance of accessing the Chinese market.
Intel recently told its suppliers not to source products or labor from China’s Xinjiang province, the area of China where slave labor and concentration camps are alleged to be commonplace, but ultimately back tracked to appease Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party. This act of cowardice is all about money at the end of the day, while Facebook and Google never stand a chance at breaking into the Chinese market, giants like Intel are already there and have to be on their “best” behavior.
