Other non-NATO countries in Europe 

This would include the following countries; Cyprus, and Ireland. These two countries could very well be on Putin’s list because they are not in NATO. If Putin were to go to war with the world he would have to strike a NATO country, it is clear that in recent history Americans are not looking for another war and non-NATO countries are prime targets.
