No Criminal Investigation 

At this time there is not a criminal investigation into MTG at this time. This is important to note because it would seem to the layman taking a cursory look at this that MTG is being charged for a very serious crime. Marjorie Taylor Greene is in court not because of a criminal investigation but because a group of voters in Georgia, who are working with liberal activists, are trying to invoke the 14th amendment and prevent her from holding office.
