The actress interviewed Joe and Jill Biden during a special segment on her talk show, The Drew Barrymore Show, in which she thanked Biden for the great year that was 2022. She mentioned how great it was to see the parties working together, marriage equality, a good election, and Brittney Griner coming home. But was it a good year? Paul Whelan’s family probably didn’t think so. People who are suffering from record-high gas prices or rising inflation rates probably don’t think so either. And with only the jobs added this year being ones that had been eliminated during the pandemic, it would only make sense that a multi-million dollar Hollywood celebrity would think 2022 was a good year.
