Chris Rock nailed it. Less than two weeks ago, he stated that “arresting Trump will only make him more popular.” In just 24 hours since President Trump’s indictment, he raked in over $4 million in campaign cash. This was a massive fundraising haul.

President Trump’s campaign released the following statement:

“This incredible surge of grassroots contributions confirms that the American people see the indictment of President Trump as a disgraceful weaponization of our justice system by a Soros-funded prosecutor.”

The average contribution was $34 which sent a message about the grass roots patriots. They’re ticked off about the indictment and they will give what they can to help fuel Trump’s victory in 2024.

“President Trump’s 2024 campaign is funded by an unmatched coalition of hardworking patriots who are fed up with special interest donors like Soros spending billions of dollars to influence our elections,” the press release continued. “Americans from across all 50 states donated to President Trump’s campaign within the first 5 hours of the sham indictment.”

NBC was alerted from a Trump campaign official that they received 16,000 volunteer sign-ups in the same time frame.

President Trump’s campaign was on fire following the announcement of the indictment with more than six fundraising emails being sent. Mr. Trump took to Truth Social to make his own appeal. He urged his donors who “are doing well” to donate to his campaign. “If you are doing poorly, as so many of you are, do not send anything,” Trump wrote. “If you are doing well, which was made possible through the great policies of the Trump Administration, send your contribution to donaldjtrump.com.”

The powerhouse of President Trump will not be stopped. Chris Rock was right. Arrest (or indict) Trump and he will only get more popular.
