Insanity
The left’s insanity is running deep and broad. First, we had Nancy Pelosi get the core of the justice system backwards by tweeting that Trump must have a trial to prove his innocence. Wrong! In America, we believe in “guilty until proven innocent.” President Trump’s campaign announced that President Trump would make a speech on Tuesday, the night of his arraignment. After this announcement was made, Trump’s legal aides took notice that a Manhattan judge will likely issue a gag order on President Trump that would prevent him from speaking about corruption in the criminal justice system during the Presidential primary.

What is a gag order?
When a judge issues a gag order, they are legally demanding that the recipient of the gag order cannot speak about the trial. The gag orders can last for the time of the trial or indefinitely. If President Trump is issued a gag order, then he will NOT be able to legally discuss the corruption in the criminal justice system. If President Trump chooses to talk about the corrupted criminal justice system AFTER a gag order has been issued, then he could land in jail for 30 days with a fee of $1,000 according to New York law. All before he has a chance to prove his innocence by trial in a court of law!

Silencing Free Speech
The New York grand jury and their ability to silence our President runs broad. Their latitude to issue gag orders is to prevent spoliation of the jury pool. But it is a two-edged sword in this case. If the Manhattan judge issues a gag order against President Trump, then they are issuing it against a former President AND a current Presidential candidate. The right to free speech, especially in campaigns, is highly protected. But a gag order from the Manhattan judge would supersede that right to free speech. The Manhattan judge no doubt knows this and will tread very, very careful in trying to silence the powerhouse of President Trump.

What Happens This Week?
All eyes and ears will be on President Trump this week. Though Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said that he would not extradite him, President Trump has decided to go to New York peacefully. On Monday, he is traveling from Mar-a-Lago to New York where he will stay in his own apartment. On Tuesday, around Noon ET, the arraignment will begin. On Tuesday evening around 8:15pm ET, his speech from Mar-a-Lago is expected. This political spectacle orchestrated by Soros backers will unfold even more on Wednesday and later into this week. Stay tuned to Trump Train News as this spectacle unfolds.
