The White House announced its plan to revamp the Paycheck Protection Program(PPP), the loan program focused on helping keep small businesses afloat during the Coronavirus pandemic. The so-called reforms were created “with the aim of funneling coronavirus relief to the small businesses that need it most,” according to the Biden administration.
