Vice President Kamala Harris has a nasty habit of attempting to laugh off the questions she can’t answer. While top politicians like her should be expected to be forthright with their intentions and ambitions Harris struggles to do that. The Biden administration has already been extremely elusive on topics like immigration and the president himself broke the record for going the longest without holding a press conference but Harris is arguably worse.
