A 73-page report on the 2020 elections conducted by pro-Democrat groups Third Way, the Collective PAC, and the Latino Victory Fund have left Democrats concerned about holding onto their majorities heading into midterm elections. While Democrats ultimately won the majority in both chambers of Congress and the White House what they expected to be a “blue wave” turned out to just be small ripples. According to the report, there were multiple factors that allowed Republicans to flip more House seats than expected, securing the slimmest majority since World War II.
