‘Out of the Question’ Hillary Clinton Swats Down 2024 Speculation

Despite pressure from some Democrats, Hillary Clinton is beating down rumors she’s considering challenging Joe Biden in 2024. As Biden’s approval numbers have continued to take a nosedive some Democrats have publicly questioned whether Clinton, the failed 2016 presidential contender, could be considering capitalizing on the administration’s unpopularity.

However, she told the Financial Times that she’s not giving the idea a second thought.

The Daily Wire reports:

“No, out of the question,” she said. “First of all, I expect Biden to run. He certainly intends to run. It would be very disruptive to challenge that.”

Clinton said she thinks Trump is gearing up for a third presidential campaign in 2024.

“I think if he can, he’s going to run again,” she said. “Follow the money with Trump — he’s raised about $130 million sitting in his bank account that he used to travel around, to fund organizing against elections … I don’t know who will challenge him in the Republican primary.”

Clinton told the outlet’s Edward Luce that the January 6 riots would never have happened if she had won four years earlier and said her loss to Trump haunts her. Luce told Clinton he had promised his young daughter Trump would not win, only to have her learn he’d been wrong.

“It’s really remarkable how often I’m told stories like that and how often I’m reading something like a work of fiction set in modern times[,] and 2016 is a traumatic event — it’s almost eschatological,” Clinton said. “It is a break in history. It’s such a piece of unfinished business.”

Clinton has attributed her historic loss to Russian collusion and voter suppression but recently Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation revealed the fact Hillary approved the hoax herself.
