Sailor Pardoned By Trump Sues Comey And Obama
President Trump, earlier this year, issued a pardon of former Navy sailor Kristian Saucier. Saucier was convicted of sharing classified information when he took a picture inside of a naval sub and sentenced to a year in federal prison. All of this happened under the Obama administration at the same time Hillary was famously given a pass for her mishandling of classified information. Now that Saucier is free he is suing former President Obama and FBI boss James Comey for unfair treatment.

According to the Washington Free Beacon:

Former Navy seaman Kristian Saucier, who was sentenced to one year in federal prison for taking pictures aboard a nuclear submarine in 2009, is suing former President Barack Obama and former FBI Director James Comey for unequal protection under the law.

Saucier alleges he was unfairly punished while former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was left to walk for her unauthorized use of a private email server, the Washington Times reports.

President Donald Trump pardoned Saucier in March this year. Saucier's attorney says the lawsuit now plans to highlight the political nature of his client's prosecution compared to Clinton's.

In 2016, when Saucier's case was being litigated, prosecutors rejected any comparison to the Clinton case.

The Clinton's have a history of being treated differently than 'normal' Americans and this lawsuit is calling the people who were complicit in this unfair treatment out for it.
