The name of the Manchester, UK terror attack suspect outside of an Ariana Grande has been released. The 23 year-old man’s name is Salman Abedi.

British Authorities are apparently familiar with the man with from Libya, according to CBS.

Atleast 22 casualties have occured as a result of this savage attack.

ISIS has claimed responsibility.
