In a hidden camera video, liberal CNN commentator Van Jones told a conservative activist he believes “the Russia thing is just a nothing burger.”

In the video released by Project Veritas, an undercover conservative activist approaches Jones, who appears to recognize him from a previous meeting. “What do you think is going to happen this week with the whole Russia thing?” the activist asked Jones.

Jones shrugged. “The Russia thing is just a big nothing burger,” he said.

“Really?” the activist asked.
