This afternoon, Roy Moore’s Senate campaign held a news conference about the recent accusations levied against him.
According to PBS News Hour, the press conference featured Mr. Moore’s lawyer, who attempted to discredit one of his accusers.
The lawyer, Philip L. Jauregui, questioned the handwriting in the yearbook that was offered as evidence, as well as calling into question the accuracy of the accuser’s statements.

The Moore campaign has hired a handwriting expert and is attempting to gain access to the yearbook through the accuser’s attorney, Gloria Allred.
