What kind of public figure tells a member of the President’s family to wear Kevlar, the material that makes bulletproof vests bulletproof? Apparently, John Podesta does, who’s part of Hillary’s inner-circle. Maybe he just used some bad word choices when President’s son-in-law to ” Kevlar on his back”. But coming from a Clinton consigliere, that sounds pretty bad.
Seems like those “unnamed sources peddling second-hand hearsay with rank speculation that continue to leak inaccurate information,” came straight from 1600 Penn. Jared better start wearing his kevlar on his back. https://t.co/Aps6BEkJDd

How would Democrats respond if any Republican said the same thing? They would wring their hands and shout from the rooftops that such a political figure was inciting violence, and did not deserve the benefit of the doubt. In an era of political violence by the left, be it from James Hodgkinson who opened fire on Republican congressmen, wounding Rep. Scalise (R-La.) or from Antifa members who riot in the streets, this wouldn’t go unanswered if it happened in reverse.
Maybe it was an innocent observation about being “back-stabbed” politically. But Podesta, as a top Democrat who has advised President Obama and Hillary Clinton, won’t have to worry about any media scrutiny of his words. Worse still, if a violent lefty attempts harm against the President’s son-in-law, the media will never remind us of such evocative imagery from the influential liberal insider.
