Jason Kander served as Missouri’s Secretary of State and is an Obama liberal that couldn’t muster the votes to beat a less than popular incumbent senator in 2016. Politico reports that Kander is deploying resources to New Hampshire, Iowa, and Nevada, and has ties to Joe Biden. This guy may not make it to the big time in 2020, but maybe a top contender in 2024.
