California Senator Kamala Harris, an oft talked about 2020 possible Presidential contender, just revealed how little she understands about crimes and illegal immigration.
She tweeted, “An undocumented immigrant is not a criminal.”

The best part about this is Senator Harris is not only attorney, but used to serve as the Attorney General for California.
Her fundamental misunderstanding of laws work did not go unnoticed:
