Stormy Daniels Interview Becomes Anti-Trump Infomercial For Mueller

Stormy Daniels Interview

In case you tuned out of the news over the weekend, CBS ran a 60 Minutes interview with adult film star Stormy Daniels, who alleges that she had an affair with Donald Trump in 2006, prior to his run for president. The interview was mostly consistent with her 2011 interview with InTouch Magazine, a celebrity gossip rag. InTouch claims that the initial interview was not published because the president’s lawyer threatened them with legal action.

Where the interview differed was that Anderson Cooper shockingly confronted Avenatti, Daniels’ attorney for his Democrat partisan work with Joe Biden and Rahm Emmanuel. Most notably, the interviewed veered into how Cohen’s payout of $130,000 could be considered a violation of federal election law. The latter part of the interview was an infomercial, begging Robert Mueller to use the “illegal campaign contribution” to take down President Trump, to the point of comparing it to Sen. John Edwards and his criminal case. Who knew you could use a news show to lobby a Special Counsel?

What Does The 60 Minutes Interview Mean For President Trump?

Overall, it was anti-Trump circus laced with some truth about the partisan crusade. The real story is that the thirty-nine-year-old porn star is past her prime, and admitted she is being offered lucrative new work because of her newfound fame. If you follow the money, you can see that the parties involved have everything to gain by making these claims, calling into question whether they can be believed at all.
