Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was rushed to a Jerusalem hospital on Tuesday due to a high fever and cough.
Netanyahu’s office said in a statement that his doctor ordered him to undergo a series of tests at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, according to The Jerusalem Post. He reportedly he did not get enough rest after suffering from the flu two weeks ago.
The Israeli publication reported that Netanyahu worked from home earlier this month with a fever.
Netanyahu stopped several times to cough during a speech on Tuesday, according to Channel Eser.
