Paul Ryan is leaving Congress. The speaker isn’t the devil, but he just isn’t who we thought he was. He used to be a conservative rising star; now, he’s just another Boehner. Paul Ryan will have been in Congress for 20 years when he leaves in January, and nobody lives in the swamp that long without it changing them. 
 
There are at least 5 reasons why we won’t miss Paul Ryan. In his time as speaker, while he gave us the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, he also gave us a lot of things we didn’t want. Check out number 5, we really won’t miss that.
