A hearing today is set to take place where oral arguments will be heard on the material seized in the raid of Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen.  The hearing is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. in New York City.

Earlier today a motion was filed on behalf of Cohen saying the Feds overstepped their authority granted in the warrant by seizing material that was not related.

This is a serious violation and one the court will have to look at seriously.

But the big story comes from Daniel’s lawyer, Michael Avenatti, who was quoted while walking into court that Cohen is in ‘big trouble.’  We do not know yet if this is a guess or based on evidence he has seen. Time will tell us if the liberal attorney is correct in his assumption.
