So, Democrats have tried suing Wikileaks before. It didn’t work then because the act of publishing leaked information doesn’t run afoul of the law. Not only are liberals taking issue with Democrats’ attempt to attack the freedom of the press, all of those Clinton staffers that got sweetheart deals from the Obama administration on mishandling classified information would be subject to subpoena, meaning Wikileaks can have a field day if this moves forward. The unforced errors should be very entertaining, as Democrats like Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill and California Congresswoman Jackie Speier are already distancing themselves from the ensuing chaos.
