Mueller has been traveling the world, to allegedly find the financiers of the scandal. The attorney for the president Rudy Giuliani says that Mueller has told him he will not indict President Trump. It’s against Department of Justice interpretations of law and the Constitution, but he may yet try. It seems that Mueller is trying to prove that the president profited from Russian interests as a result of the election. In the meantime, Mueller will continue his inquisition and find dubious process crimes to charge people with who stand in his way.
